The programme is deemed to have commenced from the moment an attendee attends or participates in any part of the first training session, regardless of the duration of attendance.
Once attendance has commenced, no full or partial refund will be provided if the attendee subsequently chooses to withdraw, discontinue, or does not complete the programme.
